You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use

• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the service
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent limitations

Content and Intellectual Property

The content aggregated by Paper Clips originates from third-party sources you select. Paper Clips does not claim ownership of this content. AI-generated summaries are derivative works created for your personal use.

You retain ownership of your account data, source configurations, and preferences. We claim no ownership over your personal data.

Service Availability

We strive to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by downtime.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination
